Membership: $50 to be an OSMA member. Memberships are available at the door. Membership will cover all 5 lectures, dinner and a total of 10 contact hours (if all lectures are attended). Payment forms accepted include cash, check, and Visa/MC. What: Lectures are free to all OSMA Members and two contact hours will be given to ATC, MD, PA, DO, PTA, PT, Nurses. Dinner will be provided. When: Second Tuesday of every other month beginning in January. Dinner and Social at 6:00pm and Lectures from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Where: If you have questions or plan to attend, please RSVP with the appropriate person so we may accomodate for food and handouts. OMAHA - University of Nebraska Medical Center, Durham Research Center, Main Auditorium, 44th & Emile Streets, Omaha, Nebraska. Free parking is available in the adjacent parking garage. | OSMA is recognized by the Board of Certification, Inc. Approved provider number #2947. This activity has also been reviewed and is acceptable for up to two prescribed credit hours by the American Academy of Family Physicians. For nurses, PTs, and PTAs full credit of CEU's will be given if the lecture falls under your scope of practice per Nebraska's Licensure Laws. |
